Serve For A Civil Servant
The focus of this restoration project is to restore the exterior painted finish, of a (10x12’) CMU block storage building in Fort Hill Cemetery. The building utilized by civil servant volunteers and overseen by the local Veterans Affair office. The building holds equipment, designated specifically to maintain the grounds of the Veterans memorial, and the exterior finish desperately needs to be restored.
The project scope of work, will require us to do the following: *Remove existing chipped and flaking paint, from all 4 exterior walls and its steal exterior door. By method of wire/steal brush, or pressure washing. (Pressure washing will be difficult, unless we can locate a machine with a tank, since there is no nearby water supply.)*Painting the structures exterior walls, gable ends, facia boards, soffit, and door, with at least 2 coats of exterior latex paint.
