KEEP NEW HANOVER BEAUTIFUL'S- CLEANUP GREENUP- 2022
Welcome to the 2022 version of Keep New Hanover Beautiful's CleanUp GreenUp event. This event is made possible by a generous funding from the UPS/ KAB Community Grant. We have procured close to $10,000 of native trees, shrubs and bushes.
CleanUp: In addition to the various plantings, we will be doing a cleanup alongside the Cape Fear River Watch Second Saturday CleanUp initiative as well as removal of invasive species.
GreenUp: Our primary planting destination will be at Bellevue Cemetery off of Princess Place Dr. The cemetery is still trying to recover after losing some 150 trees during Hurricane Florence.
Please bring your own gloves and water (we encourage the use of reusable containers).
